Supervision

 Pacific Roots Counseling takes a trauma informed approach toward supervision. In creating a trauma informed space, we will:

• Review the guidelines for safe, predictable, and nurturing communication

• Discuss the Trauma Informed Supervision Guide  

• Creation of a trauma informed safe space for our work together

• Identify goals related to your growth as a therapist as well as goals related to specific clients
