A passionate outdoor enthusiast you can often find me in the out of doors hiking, camping, riding horses and spending time with my rescue dog.

I attended the University of Oregon, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2000. Subsequently I attended Wheelock College, now a school within Boston University, graduating with my Master of Social Work in 2002.

With over 22 years of experience in the field of mental health I offer a depth and breadth of mental health treatment modalities designed to reduce distress and increase empowerment. With a combination of evidence-based practice, meaningful connection, and a client centered approach we can work together to accomplish your goals.

I am privileged to have an amazing career serving children, teens, and families across the United States, including Colorado, New Jersey, Utah and Washington State. I have a BA in Developmental Psychology from Ottawa University, my Masters of Social Work from the University of Washington and my Doctorate in Education from Nova Southeastern University. My professional roles have ranged from therapist to CEO and nearly everything in between.

I believe that as people we strive to experience joy, gratitude and success in our lives, and yet our day-to-day reality may not always reflect that. We may feel stuck and overwhelmed. I can support you in developing resilience and well-being as you move through the ages and stages of life. Our work together will build on your strengths as we address the challenges you face. I utilize a trauma-informed approach in my work with all clients. I am well-versed in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy for Child and Adolescents.

My joy and gratitude are found in time with family, photography, travel, my cat and supporting others on their personal life journey.
